Beer Cart is a point-of-sale and mobile ordering platform for golf courses, operated by Triangle Merchant Services LLC.
The service
Beer Cart provides software that golf courses use to sell and deliver food, beverages, and merchandise. The golf course is the seller of record for every order placed through the platform and is responsible for its products, pricing, fulfilment, and licensing.
Orders and payment
Prices, taxes, fees, and tips are set by the course. Cash and card prices may differ where the course applies a card convenience fee; both prices are shown before you order. Refunds and order disputes are handled by the course.
Alcohol
Alcohol is sold only by licensed courses to guests 21 or older. Photo ID is checked by course staff at delivery. Staff may refuse service, and refused alcohol is removed from the order.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access orders or course data that are not yours.
