Beer Cart is a point-of-sale and mobile ordering platform for golf courses, operated by Triangle Merchant Services LLC.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the information you provide: your first name, the items you order, your delivery location on the course, any special instructions, and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number. Course staff accounts include a name, role, and a hashed access PIN.
How we use information
We use this information to process and deliver your order, to show order status to you and to the course staff fulfilling it, to meet age-verification requirements for alcohol, and to provide the course with its own sales reporting.

Message frequency varies based on your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as message delivery and customer service, solely for those purposes.
Data retention and security
Order records are retained for the golf course's business and compliance needs. Access is restricted to the course that received the order and to Beer Cart personnel who support the platform. Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your choices
Providing a mobile number is optional and you can place an order without it. You can stop order status messages at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at support@beer-cart.com.
